    @doby, This plugin adds some config rules to .htaccess to boost up the page load times and I am unsure about .htaccess on IIS.

    As far as I know, IIS use web.config (in IIS 7+) or they would use .htaccess (with some IIS specific changes) with ISAPI Rewrite (in IIS 6).

    However it still help you to remove any query strings from static resources like CSS & JS files so you will get some of the benefits from this plugin.

    I suggest you try this plugin and see how it works for you.
