Wise chat does not function correct after update

Hi,
i am using this plugin for more than six months with no problems at all (free ver.).
Today i updated the plugin to the latest version. And that’s it!
Since then submit, customize and emotion buttons do not work.
I reinstalled it but still nothing.
I have enabled Debug Mode but there is nothing shown!
I also used wp debug mode (WP_DEBUG, WP_DEBUG_LOG, SCRIPT_DEBUG) and no errors relevant to the plugin are shown.
Can you suggest a solution;
Is it possible to download previous version;
