Wise Chat Formatting

I am starting a new website which will be just for chat. I installed “Wise Chat” and all looked fine initially but then the formatting changed and now there are big spaces between elements. I deactivated, then reactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled and finally deleted the whole website and reinstalled WordPress again. I still have the problem.

I wrote to the support forum for the plugin and they say:
“the chat is put inside tags. These tags are responsible for bad look. The theme is generating them (probably). Put wise-chat shortcode somewhere else.”

Since the whole website is just for chat, I don’t want to put it in a widget. Do you have any suggestions?
