Wise Chat Pro – Not Working

    I have recently migrated my website to a new URL. Everything went correctly, other than wise chat.

    When I install Wise Chat, it seems to work fine. But when I add a widget to my theme (Woffice), the page gets corrupted and nothing shows up except for my menu.

    When I try to activate Wise Chat Pro, I get the error:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wise_chat_after_setup_theme_action() (previously declared in C:\xampp\htdocs\intranet\wp-content\plugins\wise-chat\wise-chat-core.php:35) in C:\xampp\htdocs\intranet\wp-content\plugins\wise-chat-pro\wise-chat-core.php on line 40

    Please….. help! I am a paying customer and this seems really bad.

    Please remove the free version of Wise Chat before installing the Pro.

    This is described in e-mail that you received after the purchase as well as on our product page. If you have further questions please send us a direct request to our e-mail or using feedback form on our website.

    Thank you for responding, but I have another question.

    I do not get the error that the plugin cannot be activated now, but when I try to place wisechat in my widgets I run into 2 errors.

    1. The page does not show other than the menu. I do not see my wise chat widget, or any widgets for that matter.

    or

    2. Where the widget should show, I am seeing the error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function openssl_pkey_get_public() in C:\xampp\htdocs\intranet\wp-content\plugins\wise-chat-pro\src\WiseChatCrypt.php on line 25

    Hello,

    Please enable (or install) OpenSSL module for PHP in XAMPP. This is required for Wise Chat.

    Here is the list of requirements for Wise Chat:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wise-chat/installation/
    It is the same as for Wise Chat Pro.
