wisechat pro chat issues?

I am having issues with my wisechatpro. It seems the other party in my chat room cant see me when theyre typing and at times I cant see what they are typing. It clears it self up but its a continuing on going issue any ideas I am not a web developer so I would need someone to help me in getting in touch with the right person?
