The WisePad 3 is not one of our supported devices as it is not available in our country but it *should* work using the BBPOS Chipper instructions found on the homepage of this plugin and on our website.

After entering my email, domain and password in the ArcanePOS app it says “no route was found matching the url and request method”.
I’ve installed and enabled the Terminal for Stripe and WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, connected my Stripe account but when adding a reader I don’t have an answer for Please enter the reader’s registration code. (Wised 3).
Hi Tom,
“No route was found” means that the API route is not found, which means that either your plugin setup is incomplete or you’re experiencing other errors on your website which are preventing them from loading. Please consult your errors logs for the latter (and the installation instructions for the former).
Please also note that there are no registration codes for Bluetooth devices like the WisePad 3. Please consult the instructions, they’ll tell you how to connect a bluetooth device. Since the WisePad 3 is not supported by Stripe in the US, we do not provide guides for that device.
