We have tried to install Awesome Support several times but the wizard never starts. We have tried the plugin install, the upload through wordpress dashboard, and install through FTP. None of the ways to install start a wizard and thus we don’t seem to be able to complete setup. Has anyone had this issue before? How do we resolve it? We can’t use it without this install, because it doesn’t seem to create the ticket pages so it’s not like we can skip setup.

Let me know if the issue continues. If so, please backup your site, deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme temporarily. Let me know if the issue continues. If so, please send us the log error messages. More information, here:

Hi @adminathena,

Could you send us screenshots of the errors you see and, if possible, the error messages from the debug.log file? Also, let me know if you tried to temporarily deactivate your plugins and switch to a default theme. I would like to confirm if the source of this is a plugin/theme. Also, let me know the PHP version you are using.
