wmode=transparent

My dropdown menu goes under the video in IE – no problem in Chrome or Firefox. One suggestion is to set wmode to transparent. http://www.wilsonmediaconsulting.com/wordpress-dropdown-menu-behind-video/
How can I try this solution? Or is there a better way to deal with this issue
