WoCommerce application verification

We developed an application for WooCommerce afterward we have uploaded all necessary information needed to the WoCommerce verification account. The verification process takes more than several months already and there is no result.
Could someone please tell me if there is an ability to contact somebody from WooCommerce support to solve this problem?
