Looks like you have an error in your console. Please try going through this to see if there is a conflict somewhere:

The problem is not the others plugin.

I returned to the previous version of WordPress and everything is back in order.

The problem is wordpress 4.5

Did you go through all of the steps in the doc? You checked the theme also?

We have done lots of testing on WordPress 4.5 with our plugin and it is definitely compatible so that’s why I want to check the other things.
