Hi there,
Thank you for raising this again and for highlighting the impact it’s having on your website’s performance. We completely understand your frustration, especially since this has been an ongoing issue.
You are right that the WonderPush JavaScript files should not be loading on every page when the push notification service is disabled. This is something that needs to be addressed at the plugin level.
To make sure your concern is escalated appropriately and that you receive a proper timeline for the fix, I’d strongly encourage you to create a support ticket via the Support page of your Brevo account. This will allow a WonderPush specialist to:
- Investigate why the scripts are still being enqueued despite the service being disabled
- Provide you with a concrete timeline for a resolution
Your feedback is valuable and the more visibility this gets through official support channels, the higher the priority it can receive from the development team.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We hope to provide a satisfying resolution soon!
Yes this should be fixed, same issue as previous user reported – big js loaded when not needed when not using web push notifications. Can’t you just give this to support team? This is supposed to be the support area.
