Won't display menu

This’ been going on for a few versions now, and every update I hope it’ll get fixed, but it never does. It used to work, but then all of a sudden (after the last big updated that completely changed how the admin panel looks), it stopped.
The menu exists, it is selected as the “WPtouch: Header Menu”, but nothing shows on the website. What’s the matter, and how can I fix it?
