I downloaded the plugin a month or two back and it was working fine. Free version and no tidiochat.com account. And only one user.

Now that I created a tidiochat.com account, bought the pro version and upgraded the plugin to 2.0.4 I can’t make the chat to work in ibspaces.com

I login to the online page and I never get visitors recognized. They always see the offline message in my website. And I don;t see the people login in like it used to be.

Also the users creation and management could be better implemented…. don’t see the difference using this….

  • I’m having the same issue as velarde. No new users being recognized – and I have the pro version!

    Please help..

I’m having problems again with the chat. I inserted the code/javascript directly in the header in the morning and it seemed to be working.

But a few hours later I wanted to test it and now the chat rarely loads on the page. It’s very incosistent and unusable. It may take a few minuted to load on each page ( IF it loads)

I’ve delayed delivering the website to the client just to solve this….

The demo used to load perfectly with a slight 1 or 2 seconds delay. But now that I have the paid license and tidio.com account it doesn’t work…. Very dissaponted.

    It’s not working.

Again. Can we please solve the issue of ibspaces.com today? I get a response every 24 hours via mail and I’ve already lost a week and still no solution.

With the javascript from the pro version integrated in the header the problem is as I stated before: The chat doesn’t load consistently it’s not useful this way. I’ve used safari and chrome (mac) in three different computers and the results is the same. It may take minutes to show or it won’t appear at all and a few times it make take 10-15 seconds to show.

I’ve done further tests and took out the javascript from the header and restored the free plugin. That one does load fast as it should but the problem is that it’s not connecting to the tidiochat.com website correctly. On the WP admin i click on the chat plugin icon and it takes me to the tidiochat.com site ( trying to create a key) then it refreshes again and sends me to the tidiochat.com and it stops there. I login with my pro account and they don’t communicate. I only get the no connection message and the tidio chat.com does not see a visitor ( That was my initial problem when i started this communication)

I’ve tried having both. The integration javascript in the header + the plugin and still the same. they don’t work together.

I believe the problem may be with the recent upgrades you’ve done to the plugin. Before I’ve upgraded to the most recent plugin the demo chat was working perfectly and connecting to the site. That’s why I bought the pro version but no neither work…

Can this be solved? I’m using the most recent version of WordPress.

Couldn’t make it work on my end. Had to use another Chat solution.
Support was very helpful and tied to help me solve the issue but unfortunately it was not compatible with my website. I got a refund for the pro license.

The chat loaded on their end, but I tested it on three different mac computers and didn’t work.
