This is very odd. I have tested on Mac (Safari, Chrome and Firefox) and the save worked fine.
Do you have any plugins installed? Did you add any shortcodes to the page?
Can you also tell me what browsers you tried and their versions?
Can you please give me access to the WP admin of the site so I can investigate? You can create a new administrator user for me and delete it after I fix the issue. My email address is [email protected]

I’ve investigated your site and it appears that your server randomly returns an empty response on some calls. You can see it in this screenshot:
After one of these errors occurs, the save action doesn’t work anymore.
Can you, please, send me some server error logs and php error logs? That might help identify the cause of these errors. But this rather looks like a server problem than a theme problem so you should also contact your hosting provider about these errors.
I’ll investigate that – thank you for your quick and timely response. Can you test the column change functionality for me on the teams section? I can’t get it to work regardless & this is where it seems to be hanging up the customizer from saving. Maybe you will have success?

Same case. Very frustrating! After working for 5 hours, all that work is gone. I am 100% sure I was working in then home page and still everything was deleted when I left the customize area and returned

Do you have any plugins installed? If so, can you, please tell me which ones?
The issue reported in this ticket only happened in combination with some plugins and it was resolved in an earlier update.
If you can provide me with temporary access to the WP admin of your site I’d be happy to take a look and fix it.

I am having the same problem – spent hours on a site and any page content elements won’t save.
I actually just changed the theme after successfully building a client site using the One Page express theme – loved how easy it was and the range of elements that I ditched the theme for our company site in favour of One Page Express Pro – but now all work won’t save and I am no further forward!
