Won’t Save Email Settings

I have just moved a website from a subdomain to a root domain and have edited all the links and email addresses to be correct with the root domain. Everything has worked fine except for one email address that I can’t seem to save.
When I go to Woocommerce Settings under emails and manage the New Order email nothing will save when I make changes. I have tried clearing my cache, opening an incognito window, tried it on a different computer and a different browser.
Is there anything else that I could try besides deleting the plugin and loading it back?
