    No sign of an eamil. Since it’s been a week I had to get something working so used Wimpy Player which while not as automatic as this, worked. Please let me know how I can get a refund. THANKS

    Thanks, but I’ve checked that email at least 50 times since yesterday. It’s my main email. Unless it went to spam.

    Regardless, because of the delay in getting help I had to get a working system and would like to get a refund since this didn’t work.
