Can you please provide some background on this issue? Have you always had this problem when using our plugins or did it just start recently? Also, was this as a result of an update to either your theme, our plugin or any other plugins you have installed?
Issues like this are usually as a result of a theme/plugin conflict but just to be sure, can you run through the steps in this guide to determine if this behavior is indeed the result of a conflict: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/

I am using the same theme and this plugin on multiple sites but only experiencing on this one particular site: https://parkside.murrayschools.org/
One thing I noticed is that the plugin settings are different on the problem site, yet the versions are all the same (5.2.1.1). For example:
– the problem site plugin settings does not include a “Live Refresh” option, whereas the sites working do have that option
– the problem site plugin settings doesn’t allow me to change the “End of Day Cutoff” setting but the sites working does
– the problem site plugin has different than the sites that work
To me it appears it is a different version but but it says its the same.
