Won’t work with Docker / Microservices Architecture

    I would love to add this plugin to my WP sites but it cannot handle a RFC 1918 private IPv4 address. All my WP sites run in containers behind other containerized proxy-servers in a private docker network. The plugin only sees the WP container’s private IP address from the docker network and complains that it cannot function.

    I would love to be able to provide the public IP address manually, or use the domain name but there is no option for that.

    Hi @trainingcity,

    It doesn’t look like you’ve posted a support request, so I’m not sure this is the appropriate place to post yet.

    Instead, please post this as an issue here:

    I can then help you troubleshoot. I haven’t seen this exact issue, but have seen similar issues. There’s probably a way to restore visitor IPs.
