Woo app doesn’t recognize my jetpack

    Hello,

    I followed all instarction of installation, but the app doesn’t recognize my jetpack connection.

    I followed the troubleshooting tips here:

    Among them-
    1. I connected the jetpack to wordpress
    2. I deleted the jetpack plugin and than reinstalled it
    3. I turned off all other plugins except woocommerce and jetpack
    4. I tried the jetpack debug, but all i got is- “Oops! Jetpack Blog not found”

    It looks like I’m invisible
    Please help me.

    If it matters- my site theme is Astra and my server is Cloudways.

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.

    I checked the Jetpack connection with your site and everything seems to be working great, which is a great place to start.

    Since you seem to be having problems adding your site to the WooCommerce app, I suggest reaching out to our WooCommerce colleagues on the Woo Forum here:

    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    They can provide thorough support as far as the app is concerned.

    Thank you for your answer.
    Could you please tell my why Jetpack-debug doesn’t recognize my site as connected to jetpack?

    This check is not through the woo app. It’s directly on jetpack site-

    Hi there,

    The Jetpack was connected to your site but could be only seen if the URL was http://www.site-name.co.il. I fixed this and now can be seen at https://site-name.co.il and site-name.co.il too. Please change site-name with your actual site address.
