Hi, I am using the Woo App for Android, which is linked to my WordPress/Woocommerce store.

Sometimes, both the “My store” view (showing the revenue) and the “Orders” view won’t update, even if I force an update by swiping from top to bottom and thus refreshing the view. For example, the Orders view won’t show new orders. Restarting the app won’t work.

If I then go to my WordPress site and clean the LSCache, the app will refresh properly again. (I tried to clean the Object cache and Opcode cache before that, but this didn’t do the trick).

Not sure if this is the Woo app or LSCache, but something goes wrong there.

I am using the latest versions of WP/Woo/LSCache.

    Regards,

    please try this:

go to cache -> cache rest api , set it to off, purge all , see how it goes

Thanks, that fixed it for me!

I don’t really need to cache the rest api so I’ll leave it off, but I guess that cache should be updated after a new order?

the page cache , will purged when a product is purged or something that altered its attribute , in particular , the stock

Hmm, placing a new order will decrease stock though. It also worked without problems for quite some time until recently.

yes , that’s what I meant , but Woo says moving some stuffs through / to REST API endpoint or something like that
