woo commerce analytics not working – oops something went wrong

hey all. I’m having trouble with woo commerce analytics. It just says ..oops something went wrong. It was working fine. I did do some back end stuff to the website and installed an email plug in called ‘FluentSMTP’ to add an email client as my previous system was getting bounced emails from gmail. I’ve tried a fix previously mentioned on the forum: Woo Commerce:Status:Tools:clear analytics cache to no avail. I have copied a system report below.
