I’d suggest deleting the woocommerce directory and trying the WP installer.
You can go to Plugins, press Add New, then enter “woocommerce” in the search field.
WooCommerce will be the first one found. Press “Install Now” and it should fly.

tried that, it doesnt work , i made sure all my proxies are unchecked. i m running o ut the options
