Woo Commerce Integration

I just installed the Woo Commerce Plug-In but my dashboard says this:

Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support – Please read our integration guide or check out our Storefront theme which is totally free to download and designed specifically for use with WooCommerce.

So I went to the integration guide and these are the options to get it working with this Sydney theme:

1. Using hooks (for advanced users/developers) or
2. Using our catch-all woocommerce_content() function inside your theme.

I am new to ww.wp.xz.cn so can you please give a step by step for both?

Also, are there plans to update the theme with Woo Commerce integration? That would be great because I love this theme! But if not, please let me know so I don’t put any more work into this. Thanks!
