The error message you’re seeing usually occurs when your WooPayments is in test mode, but a real card number is being used. When you’re in test mode, you should only use the test card numbers provided by Stripe: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/testing-and-troubleshooting/testing/#test-cards
However, if you have tested everything and are ready to take real payment, you can disable test mode by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > WooPayments > Settings. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/settings-guide/#general
