    I did the biggest mistake and I personalized my store with woocomerce which changed my pages and text color. Please help me get back my website please please please

    It would also be nice if you try to do your job and fix my problem instead of telling me what I should write. 
    Also, I can send you 10 different links of unhappy customers having the same problem, so I don’t know about you but I am sure your team went through this issue many times. I did try and deactivated all plugins and it did not work. I just told you woo-commerce plugin caused this problem when I personalized my website through woo-commerce plugin (button I clicked).

    Please dont make it more frustrating for me and please help me solve my problem. I’m sorry I dont want to waste my further time by looking at unhappy customers, please don’t keep anything in your heart. I did try deactivating and activating one by one as I told you in my last message. I can give you wordpress access but I dont know how to give FTP access. I am new to this and im sure this is not a big problem for you. Yes its still like that and also my footer is gone. Can we solve this over a zoom meeting? It would be a great help

    It sounds like when you enabled WooCommerce, you went through the wizard and some front-end changes were made. Have you already double checked that the correct theme is set via Appearance > Themes?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    I think this would be included as basic support as they told me when I bought the woocommerce plugin, everyone is sending me to places. I cannot just pay a developer to fix it, there should at least be a pop-up option showing that this button will change your whole page code, this is not good. Yes the theme is the same that I had before. I changed the theme to fix it and then again I have the same theme.

    Hey there,

    WooCommerce itself is free and always will be. If you bought it from someone, that’s strange – but you may be able to ask them for support. Otherwise, you can work with the public forum (that’s right here) or work with a developer. It may also be that WooCommerce isn’t the right platform for your needs as it’s meant to be customizable but that does require knowledge and possibly support from a developer.

    Thanks for sharing that system status log. I see you’re running the theme Neve, which isn’t a standard Woo theme. In that case, I’d expect things to mostly look as they should on your site. I was wondering if you were using a different theme that had thrown things off.

    At this point, I don’t know what changed and therefore how to revert it. WordPress doesn’t offer logging by default, so there isn’t an easy way to know what happened. If you have a backup, this would be a good time to apply it, as that’ll let you return your site to the state before you made changes.

    Beyond that, your system status looks good. There’s one small issue that the default pages aren’t set – you can fix those as follows:
