    Hi @magedmoh94 – thanks for sharing the report!

    Our tests have shown that the plugin is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce (10.0.3). Can you try the following to re-establish the connection:

    1. Temporarily disable all caching plugins and clear the cache
    2. Delete the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and remove the integration from your Business Tools
    3. Reinstall the plugin and reconnect to your page

    If the issue persists, you can also reset the connection in the following way:

    • Go to your-site/wp-admin/options.php 
    • Search for “wc_facebook_external_business_id”, and change it to a random value (it can be anything except for 0
    • Reconnect to your page

    Please make sure you are already logged in as the user who has full access to the necessary assets before trying to connect.

    Hi Marija,

    Before going through the troubleshooting steps you mentioned i need to mention that we haven’t yet connected the facebook page, once we install the facebook for woocommerce plugin & navigate to marketing>facebook its a blank page .. without showing any options to setup the plugin

    Dear Marija,

    Thank you for your quick response.

    It was firewall issue from our end.

    Meanwhile kindly need your confirmation before starting ads campaign if the current version 3.5.4, supports woocommerce 10.0.2 & wordpress 6.8.2, or you got any issues reported with these versions.
