Thank you for the details.
The plugin is compatible with WooCommerce 7.0. The issue is that you have more than one rule catching the same weight. You likely want them to be:
1. Order Weight: above 0 or equal, below 10
2. Order Weight: above 10 or equal, below 23

Thank you for your answer. Yeah… probably my customer changed this…. put it back and now it is working correct. Need to finetune some settings but looks good for now.
