Are there any messages in the developer console?
Hi @ambri, you can open it pressing F12 in your browser and going to the Console tab. If there are any errors, they will appear there in red.

Hi @ambri and @etsybetsy: Could both of you try updating to the latest version of WooCommerce Admin? (0.22.0)
Once that’s done, could you try importing all historic orders? https://d.pr/i/fsZmHj
If the problem still persists, I’d recommend doing a full conflict test with just WooCommerce and WooCommerce Admin active, to try and check if the problem persists: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
