Woocommerce Affecting Dropdown Menu

Hello I am having a problem with woocommerce preventing my header dropdown from firing.
the “creative” tab is no longer showing its contents.
I can add “show” to the <div class=”dropdown-menu” and it shows the dropdown. Something with woocommerce is affecting the functionality of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am able to disable the woocommerce plugin and functionality returns.

Thanks for reaching out about this! From what I understand, the functionality of the drop-down menu is enabled/disabled, depending on the WooCommerce plugin being activated.

This is certainly odd. Upon investigating the site at http://testing.tieronebillboards.com I could see that the creative link, in the main menu, links to “#”.

Can you please share a screenshot of the menu, under Appearance > Menus? It will be something like this. That will help us understand the issue. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

It is strange isn’t it.

Creative was created solely for the menu, that’s why I believe it links to “#.” Or what I assume, I inherited this site from a past employee…

This menu was used using the navwalker it’s current version is 2.0.4 running on Bootstrap 4.6.0 bundle.min.js

I also just switched the theme to Twenty Twenty-Two and the dropdown works. Must be in my theme’s css.

FIXED

To anyone who may run into this problem by using a custom theme with the bootstrap navwalker, and woocommerce. I deleted the theme folder then re-uploaded the theme. All while bootstrap was activated.

So simple it makes you want to throw your computer in the trash and move into the woods.

unfortunately it was not fixed this only caused problems with the booking software. I had to boot a back up because there were problems with ajax. No way of knowing how to resolve this.

Can you please provide further details on what you mean that it was not fixed after switching themes? Like, the dropdown showed, however, causes other conflicts with other installed plugins. Or, the dropdown did not show at all and still produced conflicts?

I checked your site and when I click the dropdown, the contents are showing on my end:
