woocommerce amount doesn’t match backend

    Hi
    Bit of a strange one, e.g. quoted cost for national delivery of a 1.5kg parcel is 13.65. When you use the validate sendle function in the woocommerce plugin, the amount says 13.65. When you do the same in sendle, the amount is 13.65. However, the cost displayed in the WooCoomerce cart is 12.41. It is as though a sendle fee is added on afterwards to bring the amont in line with the actual cost. We would like the website charging the full cost to the customer.

    Apologies. I thought I checked that tax wasn’t the issue but looking at it again this morning, I realize the 12.41 + 10%tax (1.24) = 13.65.
