Also, have you ensured that historical data have been imported under Analytics > Settings? Get to know more here

Also, I have tried importing historical data under Analytics, Settings, which didn’t resolve the issue.

Sorry to hear that.
You can perform a conflict test, please follow these steps:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Open WooCommerce Analitycs again to check if the issue persits
If the issue is not present it means you can reactivate the theme or plugins one by one until the cause of the issue is found, You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
