WooCommerce Analytics doesn’t work

Hello,

Thank you for your plugins.

Around 24h after the last woocommerce update (6.5.1), statistics data is no longer displayed in the Analytics menu.
After several searches, here are the actions that I carried out without success:
– cancel pending scheduled actions in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions
– regularly manually reimport data in Analytics > Settings > Import historical data – This action seems to be blocked and the functions wc-admin_import_orders stays in pending in the scheduled actions
– deactivate cache plugin (WPRocket)
– deactivate complianz plugin
– looking for what could have changed just before the problem started

Anyway, I’m a bit out of ideas, so I’m asking for your help.

In order for a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your sites System Status, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.

Additionally, please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs

Once you do this, you can paste your response here.

Thank you for your reply.

You’ll find just below a fatal error (which is maybe due to the downgrade to v6.5.0 that I’ve tried this morning – I reverted to v6.5.1).
I specify that I have this problem (lack of analytics) since May 15th.

There is no other fatal error in logs.
And just after that, you’ll find my system report.

Hi @tomyummix ,

Nothing seems to be standing out in the System Status provided.

As a first step, please can you go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click the Clear button to the right of Clear analytics cache which is located near the very bottom of the page?

If this makes no difference, I would suggest performing a conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts:

– Clear the site cache
– Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
– Repeat the action that was causing the problem.

Check if the issue is present at this point, if not it means there was a conflict, and you can reactivate the theme or plugins one by one, checking after each, until the cause of the issue is found. Please see the below documentation for more information about running a conflict test:

Alternatively, you have the option to install the “Health Check” plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/

On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

It looks like the site has a lot of pending actions, can you please try running your pending tasks and see if that helps?

You can run pending tasks from WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions area. Also, you can use this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-crontrol/ to run them all.

Hello,

Sorry to hear that issue persists.

Have you contacted your host about this issue? Did you run the conflict test deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce and enabling the theme temporarily to Storefront?

Hi,

Thank you for your help.

I’ve solved the problem.

The scheduled actions were blocked and the error was :
cURL error 35: error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number (http_request_failed)

This was caused by my webhost (OVH) : a bad configuration of my CDN offer and the dns zone had to be reconfigured.
