Woocommerce Analytics error establishing database connection

    I can’t seem to use the Woocommerce analytics, everytime I try it tells me there’s an error and that I need to reload, and when I reload I get an error establishing a database connection and have to wait 10 minutes (my site still functions but going to the cart or trying to log in I get an error establishing database connection error).

    we tried to turn off all plugins except woocommerce, active Twenty Twenty-One theme and we tried with the hosting administrators to migrate the database to another server, but nothing helped.
