    Hello,
WooCommerce Analytics pages are not loading in backend. When I deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce it still doesn’t work. Possibly a WordPress/WooCommerce conflict?

    Wordpress Version: 5.6
    Web Server: Apache
    PHP Version: 7.3.26
    MYSQL Version: 5.7.26-29-log

The standard WooCommerce Analytics pages work as follows:

Overview Page – does not load.

    Console Errors

There are four errors coming up…

    Hi there! 👋

Thanks for sharing those logs with us!

I see that you mention that you did a plugin conflict check, but did you change your theme to Storefront in order to check if that your theme isn’t causing the issue?

    Before you start

    1. First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.
    2. Second, I would suggest installing a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

Please keep us posted, we will be more than happy to help moving forward. 🙂

um…WooCommerce Analytics Pages Are Loading Now!
Oddly, I didn’t install Storefront or do anything since I posted this ticket.
I simply went in to check it and it worked. And it hasn’t been working for several months since we went live. Today is the first time. Also the Javascript errors have gone away. No clue why.

I’ve also been having issues with editing pages built with Siteorigin Page Builder, that issue is still there.

See error below. Maybe I’ll open a different ticket for this. It seems like a core javascript error.

    Console Error:
Block validation: Block validation failed for siteorigin-panels/layout-block

We’ve tested all kinds of different approaches (plugins, themes, even installing elementor) but nothing works.

    Thank you

Oh, it seems that it was a caching issue or a plugin that updated itself that was causing the conflict. But, glad to know that it is working now! 🙂

I’ve also been having issues with editing pages built with Siteorigin Page Builder, that issue is still there.

It sounds like this issue is directly related to the Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin.

So in this case, I would like to recommend you to contact Page Builder by SiteOrigin support team so that they can help you with this issue. Here is the link to their support forum:

    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/siteorigin-panels/

Please kindly note that this particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin. While we’re experts on our own products, third party plugins are best supported by their own resp. developers (and more importantly, I’d rather not give you any incorrect information).

    I hope this helps. Cheers!
