Hi @jthiret,
I’ve reviewed the Status Report. Thank you for sharing it.
Nothing in the report suggests orders are failing or being lost. This looks like a WooCommerce Analytics sync issue, where recent orders are not being imported into the Analytics tables.
The next things I’d like you to check are:
- Under WooCommerce → Orders, please confirm that orders from the last 2 days are present and what statuses they’re in.
- Go to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions and check:
- Whether there are failed actions
- Whether actions related to wc_admin or analytics are stuck pending
- In WooCommerce → Status → Tools, please run “Regenerate WooCommerce Analytics data” and let us know if it starts successfully.
- Confirm how cron is handled on your site:
- Is WP-Cron enabled, or are you using a real server cron job?
Based on the report, this appears to be a background processing issue rather than missing sales data, and once we identify what’s blocking the sync, the Analytics data should catch up.
Running the failed actions took care of the problem.
Thanks for your help!
Hi @jthiret, that’s great to hear, I’m glad running the failed actions resolved the Analytics issue.
I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you run into anything similar again or have other questions, feel free to open a new thread, and we’ll be happy to help.
If you have a moment, we’d really appreciate it if you could leave a quick review of WooCommerce here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post
