    Hello,

    For some time now we have had to constantly (daily) re-import data from Analytics/Settings in order to see the data correctly in Analytics…

    @reandimo @jjavier99 @rebeccaolson @gomle I mention you because I read that you had the same problem. Your threads are closed, did you find the solution?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that Analytics is showing incorrect data on your site, and you always import historical data in order to see the correct data, right?

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hi,

    Something to brought my attention is the high number of failed actions on the site.

    WP Cron -
    Failed: 4.390…

    I’d suggest installing WP Crontrol, and also to request your host to check for you the cron jobs to make sure they will work properly.

    After that, check again the analytics to see if they are running according to your needs.

    WP Cron is desactivate. Yesterday we update the command of our real cron, now must work correctly

    Installing WP Control must could improve??

    Hi,

    WP Crontrol will help you to monitor the cron jobs, since there are a lot of them failing, then it is a good idea to get WP Crontrol to find any issue. And then check if it is related with the analytics data not being shown correctly.

    I recommend, as previously said, to install WP Crontrol plugin

    Once it’s installed, please navigate to Tools > Cron Events to see if there are any errors or messages listed at the top of the page that might be related to the issue described at the beginning.

    Regarding the error logs, in my humble opinion, the one called test-log.log, but please feel free to share both, we will check them out anyway.
