Woocommerce and Forms

    Hi All
    We use Forms with Woocommerce to provide an entry form for participants to enter our events.
    Entry prices are set within Forms, however every so often, up to 5 days after a price change we find a users has ‘entered’ with the old price, even though the forms all display the correct price and on checking the website the correct prices are all shown.
    When you check the ‘order’ the person does not appear to have started the entry before the price change and I cannot find anywhere that seems to allow users to save their shopping cart for that long to allow them to retain the old prices.
    Any idea what I have missed please?

    Hi @simon490

    I would suggest you reach out to the support of the Forms plugin you are using and ask them to have a look for you since you mentioned the prices are set in the Forms.
