We are on the testing stage of our store, and we are facing some delays, one of the order status is processing, and really we don’t know what is happening on the back end, or the on going process. Our payment gateways are based on crypto. I want to know if there are any free plugins for the buyer to track it’s order? Or does this have to be in printify? Since they are the one who will create our items.
Thank you for understanding, this is my first time having a store.

Thanks for reaching out with your question! It’s interesting that your store is using Crypto as the payment method. Also, congrats on building your first store!

Usually, when you manage the logistics of your products, you can share order statuses and shipment tracking with your customers using an extension like Order Tracking for WooCommerce or Shipment Tracking. These types of plugins usually come with a cost, but we do have a 30-day refund policy, so you can test the extension to make sure it works as you need.
Since you mentioned that Printify handles your item creation, do they also manage logistics? If they do, you might want to check with them to see if they offer a way for your customers to track shipments.
If you can get the tracking links from supported carriers of the extensions/plugins mentioned above, you can still use those extensions and add the links through WooCommerce > Orders on your dashboard.
This is the email we received from our store. We are on the testing ground and the order status is still Processing.
Just to confirm, the main topic was about order tracking, is this correct? You mentioned that your order status is still “Processing” and it appears that you were trying to share a sample of an email you received from your store.
Order tracking usually depends on the merchant (you) updating the customer on the order’s progress. Since you mentioned that Printify creates the product, you might want to check how they handle tracking updates or if they ship to your customer as well.
Depending on how you manage your orders, you can use different order tracking extensions found on our WooCommerce marketplace. In case you already have one, please share what you’re using or if you have any integrations with Printify that help with tracking?
Knowing how your order process works, or how you want your customers updated might help us provide better recommendations.
