Currently, when adding an API key there are no options to change the scope, for ex. to exclude customer data access.

Is it future development or are there hidden options when generating an OAuth URL?

Hi there,

Currently, when adding an API key there are no options to change the scope, for ex. to exclude customer data access.

Currently you can set write / read permissions: https://d.pr/i/Jas9hI – other than that WooCommerce API keys are per user and therefore abide by that user’s capability. For reference: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/changing-user-role-after-having-generated-api-keys/
