    Hi all,

    I am trying to connect with the Woocommerce API, however the Woocommerce/Sertting/Rest API doesn’t contain the information which is explained in Woocommerce documentation. After generating the API key the Consumer Key, Consumer secret and QR code are missing. Instead I get different information. Could you please asssist on that matter?

    I am using Flatsome theme.

    What kind of information do you get instead?

    A conflict check is also always a good first troubleshooting step: You can use https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ for this. It allows you to deactivate all plugins and activate a default theme just for your user session. 

    Everyone else will see your site normally. 
    Activate the plugin and enter the “troubleshooting mode”: /wp-admin/index.php?page=health-check&tab=troubleshoot. You can then do a test again. Troubleshooting mode also allows you to selectively toggle plugins back on. 

    The plugin requires a default theme like Twenty Seventeen present to work fully. 

    **Before you do that, please do make a full backup!**

    How does it look in troubleshooting mode?
