Woocommerce App

I have this problem since i have created my website

My admin email is [email protected]

Jetpack it’s linked to the [email protected]
The Woocoomerce App find without any problem my account of wordpress.com
I have even created a ww.wp.xz.cn Account
Everything with the same email and username

But when i try to login in the app, it say my website it’s linked to another wordpress.com account, and if i try to use credentials of my user on the website, it gives me error

always uknown error, i tried everything i really don’t know what to do, i did the same thing on 3 more website and it’s worked without any problem.
