WooCommerce backup only?

    Products and Categories will be a private backup for WooCommerce
    I do not want to copy the theme or any settings that are not related to WooCommerce, as my site contains many additions that I do not want when moving to the new site
    I will change the hosting and the theme
    I will install the new theme and then I want to add WooCommerce with the products I have already set
    Is it possible to take a backup copy of WooCommerce only?
    Not for all other add-ons and setups
