[NSFW] Woocommerce – Carousel

    Mit xtemos habe ich mich jetzt verständigt, ich sollte mit Woocomerce in Kontakt treten. Das Theme wurde von Ytemos geprüft. Der Fehler erschien erst mit dem neuen Theme von Woodmart. Das Carousel funktioniert auf meinen Domains nicht. Ich habe zwei Domains, gleicher Fehler.

    Unter dem Singelproduct sind zwei weitere Slider, die wohl von Woocommerce in Woodmart eingesetzt sind. Leider funktionieren hier die Carousel-Funktion im Mobilen bereich nicht.

    Könnt Ihr mir helfen? Bis dann und danke schon einmal.

    Hello @oldigel,

    I understand there’s a problem with the gallery on the single product page, but checking from my end I can see it’s working fine.

    Could you please attach the following?

    • A screenshot of the behaviour you’re encountering, you can use Snipboard.
    • A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

    Es geht nicht um das Produkt sondern unterhalb des Produktes das nicht von mir angelegte Carousel. Der Name in german “Das könnte dir auch gefallen … und Ähnliche Produkte …

    Xtemos Woodmart Theme:

    Hello,

    We have thoroughly checked this concern on your Site and it seems to be an issue at WooCommerce end we suppose because we checked the concern on your Site with the default WordPress Theme too and the navigation arrows aren’t appearing with that too on your Site for the Related Products & Upsells.

    Could you please once try contacting the WooCommerce Support in this regard and see what they have to say about it.

    Thanks for sharing the information above.

    Based on this screenshot, the fatal error log is pointing to your theme, Woodmart.

    Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.

    Meanwhile, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
