I would update the theme to the latest, 10.2, as that includes some fixes.

If the problem persists, then deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. If the problem resolves you have a plugin conflict. Reactivate and test one-by-one to identify which one. If the problem persists it looks like its your theme. Your theme is providing its own Cart page template, so approach the theme vendor’s support service.
