Woocommerce categorie problem

Hello,

I have a bit of a weird issue. Our store has a few categories and a few subcategories. Now I’m trying to add the products.

If I add a product to a subcategorie, and then open the store and go to the main categorie, then it doesn’t show any products / subcategories. It does show the number of products in the categorie. But other than that it says something like “No products were found matching your selection.

If I add this same product to the main categorie, then the product and the subcategories are visible.

So it shows everything we want to see when I add a product to the main categorie. But that’s not really how we want to have our shop.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
