Thanks for the screenshot, it helps a lot, and I can see the Category Assigner is specifically looking for three columns.
The notice says the importer is not finding the tags column and not finding either sku or name, this usually means the CSV delimiter or headers are not exactly what the importer expects. It expects comma separated columns with headers like sku,tags,brands or name,tags,brands.
Try these quick checks,
Open the CSV in a plain text editor and confirm the first line matches something like, sku,tags,brands, and that the columns are separated by commas, not semicolons.
Remove the extra product_category column, the importer example does not mention it.
Save the file as CSV with UTF-8 encoding, then try again.
If it still fails, please share the first few lines including the header from the text editor, and your WooCommerce System Status Report using https://pastebin.com/ so we can double check what else may be causing this.
