    Hello,

I have downloaded 3 different free plugins that help you out on designing woocommerce email (WordPress Email Template Designer – WP HTML Mail by Hannes Etzelstorfer // codemiq ; Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer by Kadence WP ; Creative Mail – Easier WordPress & WooCommerce Email Marketing by Constant Contact). Unfortunately, I get an error 500 on my site when I activate them.

I know the issue is coming from Woocommerce as when I activate one of the Email Design plugin and desactivate Woocommerce, it is working.

    Thank you so much !

    Lorene

  • Hi @bamboon,

If these plugins were developed to customize WooCommerce emails, I believe they would have been tested for compatibility with WooCommerce. So you shouldn’t have to deactivate WooCommerce for the extensions to work.

I suspect the issue is caused by something unique to your site – Either a theme or plugin conflict.

I’d recommend deactivating all your plugins except for WooCommerce and one of the email extensions you wish to use and check to see if the issue persists.

We have a step-by-step guide on doing a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

I also recommend taking a look at our email customizer extension.

If you want to try it, we have a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to provide a full refund.

You can read more about our refund policy on our website here: http://woocommerce.com/refund-policy/s

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
