Could you please share the importing file s that we can check them. You may please remove the user-sensitive contents from the file and share it with us by uploading it to Google Drive or any similar service and sharing the link. Or else you may please send it to us via support.
I never got to the import file step because what I exported was blank so I couldn’t see the correct format to set up the import file.
Possibly the problem was that you were dealing with comments and I had reviews…….I’m guessing that’s what the problem was.
I switched to a different plugin and got it to work.

The WordPress Comments Import & Export plugin only supports exporting default WordPress posts and article comments. If you are required to export and import product reviews then please have a look at our Product/Review import export plugin.
