Hi @paula1988,
It seems that the installation or update was incomplete on your sites or that caching is causing issues when looking for one of the new files that have been added to your site.
Could you try to delete and install the latest version of WooCommerce manually (via the hosting panel or FTP) and flush the cache on your site?
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Thank you for your prompt reply. However, it still corrupts my whole website, including on live page. Is there any way I can give you access temporarily and check the issue? I cannot sell via my website if the Woocommerce plugin doesn’t work.
PLEASE HELP!
Hey there 👋
It’s possible that another plugin may be conflicting with WooCommerce. Can you try deactivating all plugins via FTP, download the latest version of WooCommerce core here, and then reinstall this to see if this resolves the issue?
Please ensure you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this.
Additionally, can you please check for any server-side error and share these with us here.
Cheers!
Already tried all these options and still shows critical error on my wordpress dashboard!! I also asked for the hosting server (bluehost) to update the php version, and still nothing works!! is there anyone who can help me by accessing my ftp for the woocommerce plugin to work!! i cannot sell on my website currently, loosing sales 🙁

I understand this is a frustrating situation and we will do our best to help you as fast as possible. But for security reasons, we cannot access your website’s back end.
As I understand, you already tried disabling all plugins, switching to the Storefront theme and reinstalling WooCommerce, correct?
Do you have the Jetpack plugin? Is it updated? Because the error message you shared suggests the issue is with Jetpack.
What about custom code? Do you have any on your website?
I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!
Howdy 👋
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if you need any further help with this.
Cheers!
