For a we had a coupon working beautifully ( applied to a specific category, 11% on the cart ), but since 3 days the coupon has suddenly changed into a fixed cart discount of 106€.
Have you made any changes to the website recently? This could be adding or removing plugins or custom code, updating the theme or plugins, etc.
To confirm, you used the default WooCommerce coupon, correct? Or did you use any plugins to set it up?
Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

I checked the forum links you shared.
It appears the communication on these threads was abandoned and we do not know what caused their problem and whether the problem was resolved or not.
If you are concerned about the privacy of your logs, you can share them via the QuickForget tool.
Note that SSR already redacts important things like database tables and the URL of the site.
I will be happy to assist you further once I have more information.

Just an update, I was closely monitor the coupons section, and I noticed that, again, the coupon in question has reverted to 106.48 € from the original state (11%)…it is always the same amount…but I cannot find a pattern.
I also enabled the error log but no errors logged.

This is a strange problem because the number 106.48 is a specific value and WooCommerce does not have a code to make a change like this.
For further investigation, I need to look at the SSR.
If that is not a viable option given this is a public forum, I recommend consulting a professional web developer who you trust with website details.
